Apollo Memo-Pad Plus Cushion

The Memo-Pad Plus cushion is designed to provide maximum pressure relief to the coccyx, which is a Very High Risk area of the body that is vulnerable to developing pressure ulcers, up to a Category / Grade 4. It is made up of three foam layers, this ensures a stable support surface for the seated individual. The Visco layer contours itself to the sacral and buttocks area offering immersion.

• The Cushion is made up of 3 foam layers:
  • White Base Layer - ensuring a stable foundation for the seated individual
  • Blue Visco Middle Layer - contours itself to the sacral and buttocks area offering immersion
  • Yellow Visco Top Surface - offering immersion to the sacral and buttocks area
• Optional Coccyx Cut Out
  • The coccyx area of the cushion is removable to enable individuals to be totally pressure free

• High specification foam contributes to an effective pressure ulcer prevention plan
• The waterproof, vapour permeable cover can be easily wiped clean
• Cover is made from anti-bacterial impregnated PU fabric
• Clinically effective against bacteria/viruses, with proven resistance to MRSA
• The breathable multi-stretch cover meets infection control standards, having high frequency welded seams and a covered zip, reducing the risk of fluid ingress
• Smooth multi-stretch cover allows effective immersion
• Welded cover with concealed zip can be removed and laundered at 95ºC
• Available in bespoke sizes on request
